Time to Talk Day – The effects of this pandemic can be huge. Seeing people less, chatting less and being less active could open up mental health challenges for so many of us. Many of us are experiencing difficult feelings and emotions about Coronavirus. This may be about getting sick, the government restrictions, or feeling hopeless about when the pandemic might end.

You might have been going into work since the start of pandemic; recently returned to work; working from home in isolation; or you may even be out of work. Whatever your situation, you may be dealing with some stressful and unusual circumstances. We can all help in a positive way – If you are not one of the ‘one in four people’ suffering mental health you can still play an important role in showing empathy and supporting your work colleagues.

The coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic is affecting all our lives. Those of us already living with mental health problems are facing extra challenges too.

If you don’t want to talk but feel you need help, then Mind is an excellent charity where you’ll find reliable online information and tips to help you cope during this time.
